As Head of Payments, you will shape and execute our payments strategy, driving performance, compliance, and innovation. You’ll collaborate across teams to enhance payment solutions, elevate customer experience, and expand our portfolio of products. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and optimise all payment operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Develop strategies for payment efficiency, cost reduction, and transaction success.

Ensure compliance with global payment regulations and mitigate risks.

Build strong relationships with PSPs, banks, and financial partners.

Analyse payment data to identify trends and improve performance.

Collaborate with product, development, and customer support teams to enhance payment processes.

Innovate and launch new payment products and services.

Mentor and develop a high-performing payments team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience in payments management, mandatory iGaming experience.

Expertise in payment systems, gateways, and transaction processing.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Knowledge of global payment regulations and compliance standards.
