MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of transactions across multiple PSPs and banks.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing reconciliation findings for management.
  • Analyze and compare costs versus revenue to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Ensure full alignment between platform balances and banking provider balances.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Prepare financial reports for the accounting team and assist with queries.
  • Support management with ad-hoc financial requests.
  • Review and improve reconciliation processes for efficiency and automation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address outstanding issues.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience in reconciliation, accounting, or payment operations (experience in fintech, banking, or e-commerce is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of reconciliation tools is advantageous.
  • Good understanding of PSPs, EMIs, and settlement cycles.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.
