MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of transactions across multiple PSPs and banks.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing reconciliation findings for management.
- Analyze and compare costs versus revenue to ensure financial accuracy.
- Ensure full alignment between platform balances and banking provider balances.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare financial reports for the accounting team and assist with queries.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial requests.
- Review and improve reconciliation processes for efficiency and automation.
- Collaborate with other departments to address outstanding issues.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven experience in reconciliation, accounting, or payment operations (experience in fintech, banking, or e-commerce is a plus).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of reconciliation tools is advantageous.
- Good understanding of PSPs, EMIs, and settlement cycles.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.
