GRS Recruitment are working with a payment solutions provider, looking to recruit a HR and Administration Officer to join an international team, at their Nicosia based office. The successful candidate requires at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Arrange and participate in interviews
  • Present an introductory presentation to the new hires
  • Arrange and coordinate corporate events
  • Prepare the Job Descriptions for new vacancies.
  • Publish any new vacancies, collect and filter CVs and provide them with the departmental manager for review.
  • Keep records of holidays, trainings and seminars
  • Arrange and keep records of yearly appraisals
  • Prepare board resolutions and minutes
  • Responsible for administration tasks of the office, like ordering stationery & office materials etc.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • English at a high level (read, speech and written)
  • Any comfortable communication in additional languages will be considered an advantage
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
