Our client, a leading international service provider for the gaming industry in Malta is now due to growth-seeking a HR & Administration Officer to join their rapidly growing team in Malta. In this you will provide proactive support to ensure the smooth operation of HR and administrative functions. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Creating induction packs for new employees and processing all necessary onboarding paperwork
  • Responsible for employee file data management and archiving
  • Managing and updating the HRMS database
  • Assisting with issuance and tracking of employment contracts and work permits
  • Managing the administrative aspects of key HR processes such as Hiring, Offboarding, and Performance management
  • Supporting the HR team in the day-to-day HR-related matters, both internal and external.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Possess a diploma in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum, 2 years’ experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Proven Knowledge of Maltese Employment Legislation
  • Good understanding of local employment processes including work permits
  • Proficient in Google Sheets. and/or Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using HRMS software, preferably BambooHR.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
  • Well-organised and able to multitask, as well as work under pressure
  • Problem-solving ability with strong work ethic
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team dynamic
  • MUST already be in Malta with valid work permit
