A rapidly expanding online marketing company is seeking an HR & Office Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team in Larnaca. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and HR support across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing, well-established company in the online entertainment industry and play a key role in both office management and HR coordination.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment; liaise with suppliers as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff and visitors.
  • Support management with general administrative and ad hoc projects.
  • Maintain a positive, well-organised, and efficient office environment.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials.
  • Prepare basic HR documents and letters as directed by the HR Manager.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant employee data (e.g. absences, new hires, terminations).
  • Assist in organising training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
  • Help ensure HR files and processes comply with company policies and local employment laws.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in office administration and/or HR administrative support.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Fully fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Reliable, proactive, and trustworthy character.
