MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Active contribution in finding the right people.

Coordinating interviews, preparing employment contracts, and driving onboarding experiences.

Supporting training initiatives that empower our teams.

Keeping track of development plans and supporting teams and employees reach their full potential.

Administering the various people-related systems and processes to ensure a great employee experience.

Supporting the monthly payroll process as and when required

Being a trusted partner for employees and managers.

Maintaining compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Keeping HR systems up to date and generate reports that matter.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources–related field with 2–3 years of relevant experience, OR a college diploma (or equivalent qualification) combined with at least 5 years of prior experience in a similar role.

An understanding of HR processes.

Tech-savvy with MS Office. Prior experience with HR Management Systems will be considered a plus.

Excellent command of both Greek and English, both written and verbal.

Strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

A positive energy and mindset.

Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
