MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding

Attract and select high-caliber talent aligned with our culture and values

Build strong relationships with universities, agencies and local talent partners

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR matters

Proactively address employee concerns and support professional growth

Design and implement performance management frameworks

Coach managers on goal-setting, evaluations, and performance improvement

Drive recognition and reward initiatives for high performers

Identify training needs and create impactful learning opportunities

Develop and implement professional development plans

Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities

Ensure HR policies comply with Cypriot labour laws and best practices

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and contracts

Support payroll processes and resolve remuneration-related matters

Manage promotions, benefits, and employee compensation issues

Support succession planning and long-term talent management
-
Develop HR metrics and reports to drive data-based decisions
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
-
5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
-
Strong knowledge of Cypriot employment laws and regulations
-
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
-
Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office
-
Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken)

Positive, dynamic personality with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability
