An exciting opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company based in Malta is currently looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join their team and contribute to shaping a workplace that reflects our client’s core values - Respect, Integrity, Care, Courage, and Innovation. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Support and execute HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, wellbeing, and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate training and development programmes, ensuring alignment with company goals and maintaining accurate records and certifications.
  • Administer EU-funded training schemes, including Investing in Skills (IIS)
  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Excel or similar tools to track key metrics.
  • Contribute to HR digitalisation and process improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with managers and departments to identify workforce development needs and support learning and upskilling pathways.
  • Assist in organising employee wellbeing initiatives, internal events, and engagement activities that foster a sense of care and belonging.
  • Ensure compliance with Maltese employment law and company policies, maintaining ethical and transparent HR practices.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in HR operations or training.
  • Experience in the engineering or construction sector is an asset.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic AI tools.
  • Good command of English; Maltese is an advantage.
  • HR Operations & Process Management – improving workflows through structure and digitalisation.
  • Learning & Development – coordinating impactful training and growth programmes.
  • HR Data & Analytics – preparing dashboards and tracking workforce metrics.
  • Employee Engagement & Wellbeing – creating an inclusive and caring workplace.
  • Compliance & Ethics – ensuring adherence to legislation and organisational standards.
  • Passionate about people, learning, and organisational development, with a strong sense of care and integrity.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the courage to innovate and improve.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative and positive mindset.
  • Confident working with Excel and data-driven dashboards to analyse and present HR information clearly.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, capable of managing multiple HR projects effectively.
