The HR Manager / Senior HR Executive is a key partner responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations across the company. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, a proactive approach to employee engagement, and the ability to drive organizational effectiveness. The HR Manager / Senior HR Executive will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and support managers in retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Assist in Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of HR professionals.
- Support leaders to Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders in the company on HR-related matters.
- Develop and maintain a robust recruitment strategy, including sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook), employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate the creation of compelling job descriptions and relevant assessments.
- Publish job openings on various platforms and manage the recruitment process from initial screening to final selection.
- Screen resumes and applications, schedule and conduct in-person interviews.
- Manage the employee referral program and implement initiatives to increase employee participation.
- Explore and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, social gatherings, and holiday celebrations.
- Organize and administer employee recognition programs (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, employee of the month).
- Manage employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).
- Support the execution of performance review processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate training and development programs, including identifying training needs, selecting appropriate training providers, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee development programs.
- Manage employee leave requests (e.g., vacation, sick leave, parental leave) and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support the execution of company employment policies, including disciplinary procedures and terminations, in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Proactively identify and address HR-related issues and challenges.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and employee relations.
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations – Must have
- Knowledge of Payroll preferably Shireburn- An advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel and HiBob).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Relevant HR certifications .
- Experience in the Gaming industry would be considered an asset.
