On behalf of our client, a company operating in the Forex industry with global offices, GRS Recruitment are looking for an HR Manager to join their team. The successful candidate must be a fluent Russian and English speaker with previous working experience in Human Resources/ Recruitment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist and participate in recruitment and selection for all lines of business
  • Dealing with queries from applicants, new starters
  • Work closely with the Management of the company
  • Communicate with external HR Business Partners to find new means of collaboration, as well as Payroll providers
  • Researching for new tools and industry trends
  • Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates and prepare case studies
  • Focus on headhunting through company’s social media, i.e., LinkedIn
  • Help with onboarding of new employees
  • Handle the Employee Training and Professional Development programs
  • Deal with background screening checks
  • Providing administrative support on Performance Appraisal Process
  • Responsible for the update of the contacts database
  • Assist in coordinating office activities/meetings and events
  • Manage the Company database and personal records
  • Be up to date regarding employment law or any other regulation related to recruiting, such as GDPR.
  • Constantly update the full recruitment cycle from start to finish
  • Knowledge in onboarding and compliance processes and policies
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Holder of University degree in Human Resources
  • Proven 5-7 years’ work experience in HR/Recruitment roles
  • Fluency in English and Russian, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Confident and positive personality.
  • Attention to detail skills
  • Problem solving skills and service orientation
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills,
  • Ability to prioritize across different tasks and meet deadlines as per business objectives.
  • Computer literacy and excellent command of MS Office
