MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Manage the employee lifecycle including the recruitment process, employee onboarding, offboarding, and training programs.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Ensure legal compliance and address employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle the performance appraisal system and support HR metrics reporting to management.
- Manage office operations and up-keep, office supplies, coordinating events, and supplier relationships
- Maintain office policies, budgets, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functions.
- Provide management and board with regular HR reports and updates.
- Any other tasks and functions as they may arise.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in similar role and related Tertiary / Post-Secondary Academic Qualifications.
- Knowledge of HR Operations and analytics.
- Updated knowledge of labour law, rules and regulations.
- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Highly Computer literate and strong IT Technical Background and understanding of mobile messaging industry.
- Analytical and strategic.
- Strong work ethics and time management, Project Leadership.
- Target and objective driven, able to set own goals and milestones, motivating others to achieve.
- The ability to assume responsibility, to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- The ability to collaborate with other teams and departments.
