On behalf of our client, a dynamic international investment firm, GRS are recruiting for a HR Officer to join their office in Limassol. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, with a high fluency in English and an international exposure. You will be joining a team of outstanding processionals in a well-established company with a diverse portfolio of products and services.  If you have the necessary skills and experience, then an attractive remuneration package will be offered for this Limassol based HR Officer role.
  • Assist the HR Manager in the daily workload.
  • Assist in the recruitment process and interviews.
  • Day to day management of the HR database.
  • Collect employee documents, references, carrying out complete document and data management, including holiday schedules.
  • Planning employee training, implementing the requirements and keeping the required records.
  • Provide support to the Administration Team during periods of high activity.
  • A minimum of 2 years previous HR administration experience.
  • Qualification in Administration, HR or any other related field will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • IT literate with proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Fully fluent in English with Greek being highly advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and no-verbal communication skills.
  • Accustomed to professional presentation for a senior management audience.
  • Flexible and able to travel.
