On behalf of our Client, a well-established Investment firm (CySEC), GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Human Resources Speacialist Russian Speaker to be based in Limassol. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Human Resources Speacialist Russian Speaker role to be based in Limassol.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in Cyprus.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Lead performance evaluation and employee development initiatives.
  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Drive engagement and retention programs to support a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide HR reports and analytics to senior management for strategic decision-making
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with proven experience abroad and in Cyprus.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cypriot labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian (Greek is an advantage).
