  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of HR projects aimed at improving HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and driving organizational effectiveness.
  • Gather, analyse, and interpret HR data, generating insights that contribute to project decision-making.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, data trackers, and reports for various HR projects.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and departments to gather project requirements, share updates, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports to provide insights on project status, key metrics, and achievements.
  • Ensure project activities and deliverables comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide assistance to employees regarding HR-related queries, policy information, and project-related matters.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience 2-4 years in HR or project management role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • "Can-do" attitude.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
