GRS are working with a dynamic shipping management company on a vacancy for a Import Customer Service Officer join their Limassol operation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position, while a degree in a relevant field would be an advantage. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage Import lifecycle case management
  • Central point to handle exceptions / customer special demands / unexpected shipment disruptions / issues / complaints and provide appropriate solutions / alternatives within committed timelines
  • Coordinate with related internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Contact to customers and manage/coordinate system modifications when needed (vessel delays, call omits, etc.)
  • Manage communication between Different Teams (Agency, HO, Customers…)
  • Manage GIS Dashboard on a daily basis (DEL address verification)
  • Monitor daily performances and quality of service
  • Business Expert for transversal Customer Care processes and lead customer care projects.
  • Enhance Customer Experience for all Service deliverables and customer touchpoints
  • Work closely with customer service managers, customers, GBS
  • Disputes recording
  • Perform Dispute analysis & resolution, incl. credit notes issuance
  • Root cause analysis
  • Follow up of unpaid disputes (pending to be resolved & resolved & unpaid)
  • End to End coordination
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline will be considered as an advantage
  • Minimum three years’ experience in related discipline will be considered as an advantage
  • Minimum two years’  industry experience
  • MS Office proficient
