GRS Recruitment is working in partnership with an established financial services brand to appoint an Institutional Sales professional within its expanding Digital Assets division. This is a frontline, revenue-owning role focused on winning and growing institutional clients for a crypto CFD liquidity offering. We are looking for a proven producer who understands how to sell institutional digital liquidity solutions to brokers, trading firms, and professional market participants. This is not an internal strategy, product, or implementation role. It is a hands-on sales position where success is defined by your ability to originate opportunities, win mandates, and convert pipeline into live, revenue-generating relationships. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Originate and close new business within the digital assets offering

Sell institutional crypto CFD liquidity to brokers, proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, and professional trading groups

Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outreach, referrals, and industry relationships

Clearly articulate the liquidity, execution, and connectivity proposition to senior stakeholders

Negotiate commercials and drive deals through to go-live

Collaborate with onboarding, dealing, and technology teams to activate clients

Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting

Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
CANDIDATE PROFILE

5+ years’ experience in institutional sales within digital assets, liquidity, or electronic trading environments

Proven track record of winning and closing new business

Strong understanding of crypto liquidity, execution, and institutional trading requirements

Established network across brokers, trading firms, and hedge funds

Commercially astute with the credibility to engage senior decision-makers

Comfortable in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment with direct revenue ownership

Experience selling to institutional clients

Additional languages are advantageous
