MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Registration of companies across various jurisdictions tailored to client needs.

Facilitation and management of bank account openings and related operations.

Establishment and administration of trustee services, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Comprehensive company administration, including governance, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operational support
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A University/College degree in Law, Accounting, or professional qualification in International Tax; advanced degrees are a plus.

Minimum 6 years of management experience, ideally in corporate services.

Knowledge and experience in the field of Corporate, Commercial, Tax and Property Law, Double Tax Treaties, Corporate Legislation.

Proven expertise in management and leadership.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Fluency in both spoken and written Greek and English.

Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
