Our client, a specialised Consultancy Services company based in Limassol, is seeking a dedicated International Patient Coordinator to join their close-knit team. The International Patient Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing international patients, guiding them throughout their treatment journey from the initial enquiry through post-treatment follow-up. The role combines patient coordination, relationship management and consultative patient guidance while working closely with the medical and operations teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience and support the organisation's growth.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Patient Coordination & Communication
  • Act as the main point of contact for prospective and existing Company patients.
  • Manage all patient communication via phone, email, WhatsApp and the Company system.
  • Provide detailed information about Company treatments and treatment packages.
  • Guide patients through their treatment journey and ensure timely communication.
  • Handle patient questions, concerns and objections with empathy and professionalism.
Patient Journey & Coordination
  • Assess patient needs and guide them to appropriate treatment plans in coordination with the medical team.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, treatment timelines and required documentation.
  • Liaise between patients, doctors, medical staff and internal operations teams.
  • Ensure patients are fully informed and prepared before treatment and supported after treatment.
  • Support patients throughout their treatment journey to ensure a high-quality experience.
Business Development & Follow-up
  • Convert patient enquiries into confirmed treatments through a consultative approach.
  • Follow up on leads, enquiries and post-treatment patients to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and sales reports.
Compliance and Administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, protocols and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient information.
  • Perform any other duties related to the position.
Success Measures
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience.
  • Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed treatments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and timely follow-up.
  • Contribute to departmental sales objectives while maintaining high service standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
 
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare, Hospitality, Life Sciences or another relevant discipline.
  • A combination of relevant education and practical experience may also be considered.
Professional Experience
  • Experience in sales, patient coordination or client-facing roles, ideally within healthcare or wellness.
  • Experience working with international clients/patients is an advantage.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong communication and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
  • Computer literacy (email, CRM/systems and basic reporting).
  • Ability to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously.
Languages
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Additional languages are considered an advantage.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €24,000 - €36,000 Gross Per Annum
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative; any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
