A pan-European technology investment firm are working with GRS to recruit an Investor Onboarding Manager for their Nicosia office. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a KYC & AML compliance-related role within the financial services industry, preferably within an investment company or related sector. As the  Investor Onboarding Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing investor communication, streamlining the administrative operations of the funds, and ensuring comprehensive KYC and AML compliance. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Client Communication: Ensure timely response to client requests.
  • Internal Coordination: Act as a single point of contact, gathering necessary information from internal departments to address client queries promptly.
  • Service Provider Liaison: Coordinate with corporate service providers to ensure timely address of both the Company’s and clients’ requests.
  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of clients into various corporate/investment structures and assist in the daily operations of investment vehicles.
  • KYC Documentation: Collect required KYC documents and information from clients.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Review client data and prepare and fill out various reports for data management, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in collaboration with service providers.
  • Ad-hoc Requests: Handle other ad-hoc requests as needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Law.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in AML, KYC, corporate or fund administration.
  • Fluent business English.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with wider internal & external stakeholders
