DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical support for computer equipment/networks, and in particular:

Installation of computer networks and troubleshooting problems related to software systems and computer and telecommunications equipment systems.

Configuration of peripheral and auxiliary devices (scanners, printers)
-
On-site repair of computer hardware and software.

Installation and configuration of equipment, local and wireless networks.

Router configuration.
-
Windows installation and configuration.
-
Troubleshooting Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Troubleshooting Active Directory accounts.

Software installation (antivirus, drivers, Acrobat Reader)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least a college degree in Information Technology or another related field
-
At least two years of work experience in information technology after obtaining the required academic degree
-
One year of cumulative exclusive work experience in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Products and/or at least six months of work experience in network management (LAN/WAN)
