MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing ongoing and new projects

Coordinating activities with relevant departments

Working as aa liaison between business functions and development teams

Organizing tasks processing with a focus to maximizing business value and eliminate inefficiencies

Performing acceptance teasing
-
Analyzing business requirements, and request functional and technical requirements
-
Feature specifications for development
-
Managing development backlog
-
Participating in QA activities
-
Participating in incidents review and their root cause analysis, identifying process issues and planning measures to prevent them
-
Performing high level technical analysis for tasks and activities on early stages when scope and ownership is unclear, helping to properly define subject matter area and stakeholders agreement

Coordinating internal knowledge bad and operational documentation update

Any other duties and responsibilities relevant to the role
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluent English with any extra language to be considered a plus
-
University Degree or relevant diploma
-
Practical experience in ITSM and project management
-
Highly independent and proactive
-
Understanding key business metrics and how the work of different teams influence them
-
Knowledge on Google Analytics can be considered an advantage
-
Basic knowledge on Linux/Windows OS, virtualization, programming, networks, cloud could be considered and advantage

Experience in Jira, ClickUp or similar

Ability to deliver within deadlines

Analytical thinking, great organizational and communication skills
