Provide first and second-line support to approximately 65 users across office.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing tools.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.

Set up new user accounts, equipment, and permissions within Microsoft 365 and company systems.

Offer remote support to field teams and resolve connectivity or access issues.

Manage and administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD.

Monitor and maintain the health of local servers, network devices (switches, routers, firewalls), and Wi-Fi infrastructure.

Perform regular system updates, patch management, and backups.

Maintain VPN access for remote and site-based staff.

Monitor and manage antivirus, firewall, and endpoint protection solutions.

Ensure user accounts and access rights are securely configured and reviewed regularly.

Educate staff on cybersecurity best practices and phishing awareness.

Track and manage inventory of all IT assets (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, etc.).

Handle IT procurement and coordinate with vendors for hardware/software purchases and renewals.

Maintain accurate records of warranties, licenses, and support agreements.

Lead small to medium IT projects such as hardware rollouts, system upgrades, or cloud migrations.

Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or improve IT processes.

Evaluate and recommend new tools or systems to support operational growth.

Document IT policies, procedures, setup instructions, and support guides for internal use.
