Our client, a reputable IT company based in Nicosia, is seeking a dedicated IT Support Assistant to join their team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Provide first and second-level support for our internal systems, including Active Directory management and Windows Server administration.
  • Monitor and maintain our network infrastructure with a focus on Cisco Meraki devices. Manage Firewall rules, VPNs and ensure robust network security.
  • Provide technical support to external Customers regarding machines maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Install and support solutions for both internal and external Customers.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot our Printing Production Machines (including Fiery Controllers) in our Technical Support Lab, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Communicate effectively with Customers, providing timely and Efficient Support. Document Support Requests and Resolutions.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on Xerox equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Degree.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in IT support.
  •  Strong understanding of Networking Concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki dashboard and Firewall management is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Fiery Controllers is a significant plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within an executive team.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
