MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot and repair client’s IT products

Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components

Provide guidance and technical support to clients in person as well as through the phone regarding their hardware/software problems or needs

Maintain your work in an organized and professional manner

Keep client’s up to date with their service status
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Strong knowledge of hardware and repairing
-
Client-oriented service skills
-
Ability to work efficiently in a team-driven environment
-
Adaptable, flexible, and able to work to agreed deadlines

Fluent in Greek and English, both written and verbal is a must. Fluency in Russian will also be considered an advantage.

Knowledge in Networking and network security will be considered an advantage

Knowledge in Cloud Services (Azure/MS Exchange, etc.) will be considered an advantage
