MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first-line technical support to users and stores
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to PCs, printers, email, Wi-Fi, and applications
- Support and maintain business systems including ERP, POS, and mobile sales platforms
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, and printers
- Assist with network monitoring and report technical incidents
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and email settings
- Track and maintain IT equipment inventory
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and general IT troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows Server, and SQL Server
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and virtualization (VMware an advantage)
- Experience with ERP and POS systems is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
