MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide level 1 support (Formatting laptops, fingerprint, cabling, Fixing cameras issues and IP Phones)

Reviews vendor contracts and coordinates IT purchases (hardware, software, and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs

Onboard new employees through providing laptop, accessories, fingerprint activation, IT accesses as requested by direct manager
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field

1-2 years Relevant Work Experience
-
Fluency in English language at a professional level

Good knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS

Basic knowledge of the Active Directory, networking, Basic knowledge of Office 365

Cisco Certified Network Associate – Routing and Switching (Preferred)

Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (Preferred)
