MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide level 1 support (Formatting laptops, fingerprint, cabling, Fixing cameras issues and IP Phones)
  • Reviews vendor contracts and coordinates IT purchases (hardware,​ software, and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs
  • Onboard new employees through providing laptop, accessories, fingerprint activation, IT accesses as requested by direct manager
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field
  • 1-2 years Relevant Work Experience
  • Fluency in English language at a professional level
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS
  • Basic knowledge of the Active Directory, networking, Basic knowledge of Office 365
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate – Routing and Switching (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (Preferred)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00 with 1 hour lunch break
