GRS are seeking a motivated and dynamic Japanese Speaking Customer Support Representative on behalf of our client, an industry backed, fast growing regulated company providing single wallet white label casino and sports solutions via mobile, tablet and PC to join their Limassol Office. Our Clients already have more than 60 well-established partners in the casino vertical. Licensed out of U.K and Malta with offices in Cyprus, Israel and London. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone
  • Answering client’s requests
  • Promoting products and services to clients
  • Optimize customers’ satisfaction
  • Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs
  • Maintaining professionalism at all instances
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Able to work shifts on rotation (10:00 – 19:00 and 03:00 – 12:00 Monday to Sunday)
  • Experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Fluent in English
  • Native Japanese language proficiency
  • Attention to details and quality of work
