On behalf of our client, a global leader in industrial solutions, GRS Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Junior Account Manager based in Limassol, Cyprus. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a professional with up to 2 years of experience to develop a career in account management and sales. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager, supporting the management of client relationships, assisting in business development activities, and gaining hands-on exposure to both the commercial and technical aspects of the business. The role will also involve international travel to visit clients and support projects.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the development and execution of account plans, including objectives, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with customers and act as a point of contact under guidance from senior team members.
  • Participate in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, particularly in the cement and mining sectors.
  • Support the acquisition of new customers and introduction of new products to existing accounts.
  • Assist in market research and analysis to better understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and client use.
  • Learn to provide basic technical services such as inspections and reporting (training provided).
  • Maintain accurate data and records in company systems such as eQuip and Salesforce.
  • Support compliance with environmental, quality, health, and safety standards (EQHS).
  • Travel internationally with senior colleagues to meet clients, attend meetings, and gain experience in account management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience in account management, sales, or a related role (internships included).
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a team.
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or Turkish will be considered a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as part of training and client support.
