On behalf of our client, a Construction company, GRS Recruitment is seeking a Junior Architect to join its team in Paphos and contribute to the design and development of residential and commercial projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the architectural team in the design and development of projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of permit applications and coordinate with external consultants.
- Participate in site visits and monitor project progress.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Architecture or final-year Architecture student.
- Very good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit will be considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Very good command of both Greek and English languages.
- Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and willingness to develop professionally.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- € 18,000 – €24,000 Gross Per Annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability
