Our client, a well-established telecommunications company based in Malta, GRS Recruitment are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join the Sales team. This role will focus on outbound sales activities, including identifying and engaging prospective clients; mainly through lead generation calls, email outreach, and networking at industry events. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research, build, and manage lead development pipelines to identify key contacts and stay up to date with market trends.
- Generate new business opportunities through chats, outbound calls and emails.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and generate leads.
- Qualify outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members.
- Understand industry pain points and recommend solutions based on customer requirements.
- Communicate and collaborate with the Marketing and Graphic Design Teams to prepare presentations as required.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth, professional and timely execution of the sales process.
- Track all activities and interactions in Pipedrive.
- Handle any other ad-hoc assigned duties that may be required from time to time to fulfill the business needs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Eye for detail, Highly proactive, Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Strong organisational and Time Management skills.
- Advanced level using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Represent the company at Conferences and Events.
- Familiarity with CRM tools would be considered an asset.
