MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support and assistance to institutional and corporate clients

Handling client’s requests

Generate leads through our platforms, multimedia and social media

Cross-sell and up-sell company products and services
-
Manage social media platforms (ex. Linkedin ) for institutional and corporate clients

Co-ordinate meetings with the sales department
-
Liaise with Compliance, Dealing and on-boarding departments when necessary
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Excellent command of the English language, written and oral
-
Previous experience in a similar role is a must in Forex industry

Computer Literacy, proficient in MS Office tools, experience in CRM management
-
Experience with management software like Monday/Jira/Asana is a plus
-
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks successfully
-
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Technical oriented and proactive personality, able to visualize and present a campaign

Strong team player
-
Ability to work shifts
-
Bsc Finance/Economics/Banking/BA or related field

CySec advanced diploma will be considered an advantage
