The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be an expert in construction methods, materials, and regulations. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously

Plan and schedule project timelines

Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget

Ensure all deliverables are met to the required quality standards

Manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies

Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project

Lead and motivate project teams

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders

Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders
CANDIDATE PROFILE

At least 2 years of experience in construction project management

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

Experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
