A Cypriot legal firm is looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented professional for the position of Corporate Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting international clients with corporate administration, legal documentation, client due diligence, and day-to-day coordination across multiple jurisdictions. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organisational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced setting and adopts a practical, solutions-focused approach to delivering efficient results.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate corporate administration consultations for legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Review, draft, and prepare a range of corporate documents.
  • Communicate daily with our client network, handle enquiries, and liaise with associates to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain client due diligence processes during onboarding and on an ongoing basis, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Draft service proposals, maintain client files, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Correspond with counterparties, financial institutions, and service providers to support client matters and deliver timely advice.
  • Prepare and review documentation required to obtain legal advice, consultation, and support locally and overseas.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 1-3 years’ experience as a Corporate Administrator or Corporate Lawyer within the legal or professional services sectors
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Law degree is considered a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of banking is an advantage.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong planning and time-management skills
  • Practical, solutions-driven mindset with a focus on quick resolution
