In this role, the successful candidate will be required to assist all sales support and customer service activities of assigned accounts. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend to general inquiries regarding product availability at all ports

Assist with the order-to-delivery process to ensure smooth completion, including coordination with Sales and Supply Chain team

Assist Order follow-up activities, including submission of delivery notes for invoicing and outstanding payment monitoring

Data entry assisting and checking
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University Degree or Diploma in Marketing/ Supply Chain/ Business Studies or in any other relevant field.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal
-
Work Experience in the Marine Industry will be considered advantageous.

Ability to work in order fulfilment and order management

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Be able to work both in a team and individually

Be agile, resourceful and proactive
