An international product distribution company utilising innovative technology, and forward-thinking services, are working with GRS to recruit a Junior In-house Lawyer for their Limassol offices. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience with experience in corporate & commercial law. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the Group Legal Counsel in day-to-day legal and corporate matters.

Assisting with corporate administration and maintaining company records.

Preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help address legal questions related to business operations.

Conducting research on legal and compliance matters impacting the business.

Monitoring relevant industry updates and legal changes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in law with 1-2 years’ legal work experience, demonstrating familiarity with corporate and contract law.

Fully fluent in English with Greek being advantageous.

Strong team player capable of effective collaboration and independent decision-making.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
