DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent clients before District and Supreme Courts in civil and criminal cases

Draft court applications, legal opinions, pleadings, and procedural documents

Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements

Assist with corporate law matters, including company formation and regulatory compliance

Provide support on immigration services, such as residency and permit applications

Be involved in property and real estate transactions, including due diligence, contract drafting, and land registry processes
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association (mandatory)
-
LLB Law degree from a recognized institution
-
2 years of post-qualification legal experience in litigation- after bar however open to discuss

Solid understanding of litigation procedures and rules

Experience in court appearances and representing clients before various courts

Proficiency in drafting pleadings, legal documents, and court submissions

Strong legal research and case analysis skills

Familiarity with the Cyprus i-Justice system and electronic court filing processes

Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken

Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills

High level of professional responsibility, ethics, and discretion

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and diverse legal environment
