DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Represent clients before District and Supreme Courts in civil and criminal cases
  • Draft court applications, legal opinions, pleadings, and procedural documents
  • Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements
  • Assist with corporate law matters, including company formation and regulatory compliance
  • Provide support on immigration services, such as residency and permit applications
  • Be involved in property and real estate transactions, including due diligence, contract drafting, and land registry processes
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association (mandatory)
  • LLB Law degree from a recognized institution
  • 2 years of post-qualification legal experience in litigation- after bar however open to discuss
  • Solid understanding of litigation procedures and rules
  • Experience in court appearances and representing clients before various courts
  • Proficiency in drafting pleadings, legal documents, and court submissions
  • Strong legal research and case analysis skills
  • Familiarity with the Cyprus i-Justice system and electronic court filing processes
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • High level of professional responsibility, ethics, and discretion
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and diverse legal environment
Additional Qualifications (Considered an Advantage):
  • LLM
  • Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) or Legal Practice Course (LPC)
