MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Windows/Linux servers and user workstations
- Manage user accounts and policies (Active Directory)
- Maintain network equipment (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
- Provide Tier 1–2 technical support
- Assist with software management, backups, and documentation
- Contribute to system security (AV, EDR, access control)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Familiarity with Windows Server or Linux (academic or personal projects welcome)
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), scripting, monitoring tools, or IT certifications would be considered an advantage
