GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established Forex in Limassol who are searching to recruit a KYC / AML Specialist to join the team. For this role we are looking for a professional individual with at least 2 year of relevant experience. The working hours for this role is 10:00 – 19:00 (Monday – Friday). MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle the account opening and documentation review of corporate and individual clients
- Cooperate with banking institutions and brokers for the opening of own and client account
- Perform verification of the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) On-going due diligence (ODD), Know Your Client (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), Risk Level Assessment of new and existing corporate and individual clients
- Transaction Monitoring of existing corporate and individual clients
- Assist clients with on boarding or other account related matters over phone and/or email communication
- Preparing all the necessary documents for the opening of accounts
- Provide day-to-day support to clients
- Handle client data processing, analysis, records and related reporting
- Work towards high standards and follow internal policies and procedures
- Analyzing customers to detect potential suspicious activity, identify potential and emerging risks
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time within the general scope of responsibilities and as contemplated by the Employment Agreement
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of working within a KYC/AML environment
- Able to work 10:00 – 19:00 (Monday – Friday)
- Proficiency in English and Russian, Greek as an advantage
- Ability to work independently
- CYSEC AML Certificate, if not a holder, needs to pass within the first 6 months
