DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Immigration Services: Provide end-to-end support on immigration cases, managing client files from initial inquiry to final application approval. This includes handling applications for Temporary Residence Permits, Yellow Slips, Permanent Residency (PR), Citizenship, and BFU (Business Facilitation Unit) employee/family visas.

Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, offering clear and consistent communication throughout their legal processes.

Property Transactions: Oversee and facilitate all legal aspects of property acquisitions, including the preparation, execution, and review of contracts, applications, and related legal documentation.

Legal Drafting: Draft and review legal documents such as sales agreements, powers of attorney, and other client-specific paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Law
-
At least a year of previous working experience in immigration procedures and/or property transaction processes, ideally in a legal or consulting firm.

Familiarity with additional areas of legal practice will be considered a strong advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with clients.

Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Working hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:00 with 30’ break and Fridays 08:30-14:30.
