Our client is seeking a dedicated Permanent Legal, Fiduciary & Governance Advisor to strengthen their team. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised professional to provide technical, fiduciary, and governance advisory support within our corporate and trust services business. The role will support the CEO, management, and client administration teams by providing guidance on corporate, fiduciary, governance, and operational matters, assisting with technical reviews, and contributing to the maintenance of high professional and regulatory standards across the organisation. The position is primarily advisory and coordination-focused in nature and is suited to a legally or financially qualified professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and a practical, hands-on approach. The role may suit a lawyer, accountant, or other experienced corporate and trust professional who enjoys administration, governance, and working across multiple teams, jurisdictions and client structures. The ideal candidate is a technically capable, hands-on, pragmatic, and highly organised professional who combines fiduciary, governance, legal, financial, and administrative understanding with a collaborative and supportive working style, and who enjoys helping teams maintain high operational and professional standards across a busy corporate and trust services environment
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Advisory

Provide technical guidance and support to members of staff on corporate, trust, fiduciary, governance, and regulatory matters.

Assist with the review of complex structures, transactions, and client arrangements.

Advise on fiduciary obligations, corporate governance requirements, and best practices relating to corporate and trust administration.

Review corporate documents, trust instruments, board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and related documentation where required.

Act as a technical resource and sounding board for management and client-facing teams.
Client Relationship Support

Support corporate and trust administration teams in the management of high-level client relationships.

Attend client meetings where appropriate to provide technical or fiduciary input.

Assist in maintaining high service standards for private clients, family offices, intermediaries, and institutional relationships.

Support teams in responding to client queries, banking matters, and complex administrative issues.
Corporate Governance & Authorised Signatory Responsibilities

Act as authorised representative for the employer company and related companies in the group and, where required, for client entities.

Execute corporate and trust documentation on behalf of client entities in accordance with internal authorities and governance procedures.

Act as an authorised signatory on multiple client bank accounts, ensuring appropriate controls, approvals, and compliance procedures are maintained at all times.

Assist with maintenance of statutory records, corporate filings, resolutions, minutes, and governance documentation.

Support the implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures relating to fiduciary and banking activities.
Internal File Reviews & Operational Oversight

Conduct periodic reviews and internal audits of client records and fiduciary files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.

Identify technical, operational, or procedural issues and recommend corrective actions where appropriate.

Support continuous improvement of file management, governance processes, and operational controls across multiple teams.

Assist management in monitoring workflow coordination, organisational standards, and administrative consistency across the business.
Financial & Administrative Support

Review financial information relating to client entities and structures where relevant to fiduciary oversight and administration.

Assist with banking, payment processes, and transaction administration where required.

Support management with organisational coordination, reporting, and operational follow-up across teams and client portfolios.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Qualifications & Experience

Qualified lawyer, accountant, or experienced corporate and trust professional.

Strong background in corporate and trust services, fiduciary administration, accounting, governance, or private client structures.

Good understanding of corporate governance, fiduciary responsibilities, regulatory requirements, and financial documentation.

Experience with banking operations, signatory responsibilities, or corporate secretarial matters would be advantageous.

Experience conducting file reviews, governance oversight, or operational quality control is desirable.
