On behalf of our Client, an International Technology organization specializing in the Betting Industry, GRS are seeking to recruit a Legal Compliance Officer in Limassol. The successful candidate will be responsible Keeping up to date with regulatory requirements and guidelines and assisting with updating company procedures and policies where necessary so as to ensure continued compliance. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Keeping up to date with regulatory requirements and guidelines and assisting with updating company procedures and policies where necessary so as to ensure continued compliance

Overseeing the company's legal aspects and giving legal advice and guidance to the senior management

Reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements and other legal documents

Assisting in negotiations and rollout of contracts or projects

Performing KYC checks to assess and monitor customer as well as comply with AML laws

Drafting and implementing company compliance manuals

Preparing reports and undertaking any other compliance and legal-related matters, as assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Holder of University and/or postgraduate degree in Law
-
At least 2 years Corporate Law experience and/or 2 years Compliance experience within a Cyprus Investment Firm

Fluent in English
-
Efficiency under pressure and consistency in meeting deadlines

Ability to work collaboratively and independently
