DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the Firm’s Practice Group by assisting with the organisation and sharing of licensing and regulatory information with partners and employees;

Assisting with administrative support relating to licensing obligations across multiple jurisdictions;

Supporting licensing applications, renewals, and jurisdictional approvals, including the preparation of forms, gathering required documentation, and tracking submission timelines;

Assisting with ongoing compliance and regulatory requirements within Gaming and Gambling and other regulated industries, under the guidance of senior team members;

Liaising with local and international regulatory authorities on behalf of clients, including preparing correspondence and assisting with the submission of applications;

Monitoring Maltese and International regulatory updates and escalating relevant developments to senior team members;

Assisting in the preparation and organisation of compliance documentation for audits and inspections;

Supporting a collaborative, team-oriented environment in line with the Firm’s core values.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field;

A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a compliance-focused role, including Customer Due Diligence (CDD);

Exposure to licensing and regulatory work is considered an asset;
-
A good understanding of Maltese licensing regulations;
-
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing licensing applications, and regulatory /compliance documentation;

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, and ideally Maltese;

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet tight deadlines effectively.
