DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducting initial case investigations and assessments to determine legal strategies and case viability

Participating in pre-litigation settlement negotiations to resolve matters efficiently

Drafting and filing court pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Collecting, reviewing, and analysing written witness statements for evidentiary value

Representing clients in alternative dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration

Applying legal knowledge and precedent to argue cases persuasively

Performing additional tasks and legal research as assigned by the Partner or Managing Associate
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Must be a Maltese warranted lawyer
-
At least 2-years’ experience in Dispute Resolution / Litigation with a Commercial focus (not family or criminal law

Excellent communication skills with a strong command of both Maltese and English (written and spoken)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines independently
