On behalf of our Client, a leading international provider of special equipment to the upstream offshore Oil and Gas market, we are currently seeking to recruit a Logistics Assistant to be based in their Limassol offices. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare, Review, and distribute shipping documentation (e.g. Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading)
  • Review and confirm documents as per each country’s regulation and taxation regime
  • Track shipments and report on status until the vessel arrives at the final destination
  • Transfer and organize units in Basis (several system if needed)
  • Confirm the units are reflecting correctly in Dashboard
  • Confirm fleet reports with Finance
  • Confirm Freight cost with the approval quote
  • Track and advise for each country when units are Temporary or Exemption
  • Report End of the month freight with Clients Invoices in accordance with Finance
  • Update the team on our weekly conference call
  • Update logistics tracker excel sheet and follow the logistics process flow chart
  • Assist with generating equipment certs when inspectors are unable to.
  • Organize Certificates packages if needed for a specific operation as per customer request.
  • Combine GPS to units in AFME anytime we install new ones or re-install GPS for a good tracking.
  • KPI Monthly AFME Movements (Leaving and returning bases)
  • KPI Yard Performances based in Daily reports
  • Organize and structure Safety meetings to be conducted with Team.
  • Keep an eye in an active OPS if we have a need for it for any reason.
  • Maintain AFME spare parts inventories
  • Track NDT inspector certification and expiration dates for NDT and HSE training.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Relevant experience for at least 6 months
  • Fluency in English is a must (written & verbal)
  • Team player and great communicator
