A prestigious hospitality and real estate group are working with GRS to recruit a Marketing & PR Assistant, for their Limassol operation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Marketing Assistant, with fluency in both Greek and English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage all department administration and filing, including tenders, agreements, and invoices.
  • Oversee all courier/messenger requests, including stocktaking and materials’ distribution.
  • Assist in the development and execution of all Marketing, PR and events’ activities.
  • Assist in the development and design of marketing materials and undertake their fruition.
  • Assist with event management and organisation through to execution.
  • Plan, order and execute the seasonal branding, decorations and signage of the Project.
  • Assist and oversee the set-up of press conferences, events, trips, shoots, and presentations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sponsorship and brand affiliation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of ad campaigns: web, press, print, and outdoor.
  • Prepare competition analysis where required.
  • Assist in the PR coverage across all markets: articles, editorials, and interviews.
  • Manage the fruition of marketing materials: brochures, flyers, models, CGIs, and videos
  • Any other duties, tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned and/or amended by the management and the Marketing & PR Officer and Events Venue Organiser and/or the GM.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University degree in Marketing, Event Management, PR, Management or any other related field.
  • A minimum of 1 years’ previous Marketing Assistant experience.
  • Meticulous attention to details; including proof reading skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Multi-tasking skills required.
  • Problem solving skills required.
  • People Management skills required.
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to work during weekends when needed.
