GRS are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Limassol based Forex Client, to lead and oversee our global marketing activities across multiple markets and languages. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, supervising content creation, executing SEO/SEM strategies, and overseeing social media activities. The Marketing Manager will collaborate across teams to align marketing efforts with the company’s goals, ensuring effective communication and engagement with target audiences.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and coordinate global marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Oversee company websites, content updates, webinars, and SEO initiatives.

Manage global email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications.

Monitor and optimise digital advertising performance.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

Oversee video content publishing and digital presence across platforms.

Support international events, exhibitions, and marketing promotions.

Coordinate marketing requests across internal teams and manage multilingual content.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
-
2+ years experience in the financial services/ forex industry
-
Strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand strategy.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Experience working across international markets is highly desirable.

Experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Social Media Strategy

Proficiency in SEO/SEM strategies, Content Marketing, and Analytics tools

Strong skills in Communication, Branding, and Stakeholder Collaboration
