An international digital performance marketing group is partnering with GRS Recruitment to recruit a Media Buyer to join their growing performance marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and return on investment (ROI). This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven performance marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys testing, analysing, and scaling paid campaigns across multiple channels. The position can be based in Cyprus (Nicosia, Limassol, or Paphos) depending on candidate preference.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and manage the company’s ad monetisation infrastructure, including ad servers, RTB systems, and SSP/DSP integrations
  • Plan, set up, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and performance delivery
  • Monitor daily performance and optimise campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, ROI, and conversion rates
  • Test and iterate audiences, creatives, targeting strategies, and funnel structures to improve performance
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure creative assets align with performance objectives
  • Monitor tracking, attribution, and pixel implementation to ensure data accuracy
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve discrepancies across platforms and tracking systems
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present key insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and new advertising formats
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Media Buying, Performance Marketing, Paid Social, or Digital Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic networks
  • Strong understanding of CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion optimisation strategies
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and scaling paid advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of tracking, pixels, attribution, and campaign analytics
  • Experience with A/B testing creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams
  • Fluent in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €28,000 - €42,000 Gross Per Annum
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative; any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
