GRS Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Monitoring - QA Analyst (LATAM) to join a dynamic Forex Trading company based in Limassol. Our client is a private firm with a dedicated team of employees, committed to delivering exceptional trading services within the Forex and Fintech sectors. The successful candidate will monitor, evaluate, and assess recorded calls and written communications to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements and fluency in both Portuguese and Spanish (verbal and written) is mandatory. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor, evaluate, and assess recorded calls and written communications to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify gaps in communication, sales techniques, compliance, and customer service quality.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve agent performance and support coaching efforts.
  • Collaborate with team leads and managers to highlight trends and recurring issues.
  • Maintain detailed reports of quality assessments and support regular QA reporting.
  • Suggest improvements to scripts, procedures, and workflows to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements relevant to the LATAM region and ensure adherence.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and Spanish (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role, ideally within the forex, financial services, or call center environment is a plus
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and actionable feedback.
  • Ability to work shifts covering 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM (flexibility required for LATAM time zones).
  • Familiarity with QA software, CRM systems, and call monitoring tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of forex or financial trading services is an advantage.
