GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established Service provider in Limassol who are searching to recruit an Office Administrator / Receptionist to join the team in Limassol. For this role we are looking for a professional individual with at least 2 years of relevant experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer all company calls, transfer them to the appropriate staff members, and take messages when necessary
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining the calendar accurately and promptly
  • Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the office
  • Coordinate front-desk activities
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and organize outgoing mail
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, filing, and ensuring the storage and security of company records
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Accounting, Legal, and Marketing departments, as well as general administrative support across the organization
  • Order stationery and other equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Keep the office premises clean and tidy at all times
  • Make travel arrangements for the company Director as requested
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Secretarial studies, a degree, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience with corporate companies, familiarity with Cyprus and international banks, and knowledge of KYC processes is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills
