On behalf of our client, a leading international organisation operating in the healthcare services industry, we are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their Cyprus-based office. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Office Manager
  • Assist with basic accounting and financial administration
  • Support updates and coordination within an international medical provider network
  • Assist with preparation and follow-up of country and network reports
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate internal communication and liaise with external partners
  • Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Exposure to accounting, finance, or bookkeeping is an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English; Turkish language skills are a strong advantage
  • Reliable, professional, proactive, and adaptable
